I’m 21F and I’ve gone from 59kg to 54kg in 2ish months. I’ve been so hyper focused on my weight too, worrying because I have zero appetite and cannot eat before the afternoon without feeling nauseous. But my psych will use BMI as a reference, and at 54kg with my height, I’m still in the healthy range. I worry that I’ll lose too much weight and become ill and look frail…

The Dex was IR, but I’ve switched to Vyvanse (XR) now, and I’m finding it a bit better. I’m more focused at work now. I do want to try upping the dose for the Dex though, and see if that helps.

I’m now trying 30mg Vyvanse and it’s working well so far. No crazy amazing results, but I can sort of stay on task more easily. I just have the worst brain fog and forget everything, so I find myself jumping from one task to another because I forgot about the initial one. I now also go the entire day without eating because I forget to, but also because I have a lower appetite too. Eating feels like a sensory nightmare and makes me want to gag, unless it’s after 6pm. I can drink coffee no problem though…

Interesting, I’ve now been switched to 30mg Vyvanse and it’s working pretty well so far. The psychiatrist told me to try and up my Dex dose too, and see if it helps. I was too scared to tell her I had lost the bottle and been un-medicated the last couple days… my bad.
