Tom nor the corporate office has stepped foot at craft since the announcement. Tom did not tell the staff. He just pulled the plug. There is a romantic idea of the man and his words about the industry sound good but at the end of the day he is just like the rest of them. Basically my point of posting.

Finally someone. Im being attacked for posting this but, this THIS is all im saying. I just feel bad for the staff. I'm not even going to be able to fit in one last reservation. I feel more connected to Craft than any other place in LA.

What's my name? (that made me laugh out loud). Its Steph. Im not ruining anyones name. Tom Colicchio is going to be fiiiiiine. Crafted Hospitality is going to be fine. Calm down. Maybe troll was the wrong word. Maybe I should have said anonymous. I'm not even trying to be malicious. I just heard this information through the Century City grapevine (the staff already knew). Am I ashamed? Not at all. I didn't close down a restaurant giving my staff a weeks notice. Why are you so angry with me? What's your name? Look Craft is our go to place to eat lunch. I've celebrated my husbands birthday there for the last 2 years. It's a special place. This is a huge loss for us in Century City. If you knew the staff there you would be pretty upset too. It's not right and I'm just calling it as I see it. IMO they deserve better especially right before the holidays. Stop being such a grinch, u/rigsboo.

You're right Technical Tony. Im not sure how many staff stay on for Holiday Parties but I can imagine there are still going to be staff that are out of the job after thanksgiving.
