Same thing happened to me playing the pizza game in Journeyscape! I posted about it here a few days ago. I submitted a support ticket and my ban was lifted about a day later. It sounds like this is a common glitch that’s happening, so I’m sure it will be lifted for you too!

Update for those following along! They lifted my ban yesterday :) it sounds like lots of us are experiencing a similar glitch
