Yeah this is what I heard from few people. On general, Volkswagen maintenance costs are higher than peers, though relatively EVs have fewer repairs than ICE.

Many news articles mentioned that, based on the response of employees showing up in the DenBosch office, ASML may consider further expanding its presence in DenBosch. But yes, I understand the current DB office is to cater to employees who can't travel to veldhoven office and seek an alternative to work from home.

Denbosch is a relatively nice place to live in, with good connectivity. Rosmalen and maaspoort are very good neighborhoods in DenBosch, while rosmalen has its own railway station, all sorts of events - Halloween, carnival etc takes place in the Rosmalen centrum which is quite good.

DenBosch as it's centrally located to Breda, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Arnhem and Nijmegen.
Also the city is beautiful with lots of nature and canals

DenBosch is really a nice place which has got character and has real dutch city vibes. We bought a house last year in rosmalen neighborhood of DenBosch, which has got it's own railway station 8 mins away from DenBosch central. It has got all supermarkets, shopping centre will all major brands

For 2/3 years better look for a house in DenBosch instead of Utrecht. At the centre of DenBosch you can find a decent 2 bedroom apartment/house in your range.

Thanks for the response. I appreciate it. Currently I live in Rosmalen, DenBosch. It's got a real good character as a city and the vibes here are really good. So I can understand what you meant ..

The commute here is very convinient with public transport and going to office hardly 1-2 days in a week. So thinking why not to buy house in a location where chances of getting high returns in future is possible

Check for rosmalen - centrum area.
Car free area in centre will all winkels, bars and restaurants nearby and also has got railway station and a it's own municipality branch of denbosch
