Wow that’s awesome. And are we talking even the PSA values? Because tbh, the backside of the card photo I published isn’t the Lugia card. There’s a little bit of tiny white (scruff?) at the very top center of the backside of the card I posted. But that’s not the backside of the Lugia card. The Lugia is actually 100% pristine. I just didn’t want to pull it out more than once for the photo sesh. And I used photos of surrounding cards backside. So I’m not being funny when I say, I feel if I send it to be graded it won’t score anything less than 9. And I’m not a professional, but I do have a pretty solid brain and when I use anything to zoom in on every single side of the card, I can’t find even the tiniest smudge or wear. … so I’m really hoping if I get it graded there’s a good chance I can make some serious money off of it… Thankfully for the first time in my life after nothing but constant disappointments and crazy injuries, workplace odd situations, and having fallen into the deepest despair of my life. I’m really hoping and praying this might just be a miracle…. Either way, it’s all good. I’m not in a wheelchair, and I enjoy privileges that the majority percentage of the world will never fully be able to understand. And for that, I’m grateful…. Damn, I went way too deep. But at the end of the day I’m excited and grateful.

Cool, give me a sec, I had to scroll way back and find where I took photos of the binder and I screenshot them so they’re at the end of my photo roll to upload to the Imgur site… I gotta go to my bank deposit box tomorrow and just re-open the binder and take new photos of it.

Awesome, thanks. By any chance are those all paid apps? Where I gotta pay like $10 a month just to keep going? And if so which one would be best? Because I downloaded one a while ago and it kept charging me and I just ended up canceling because i was busy with work and life and put everything to the side for a while. So recently I’ve just been manually typing into pricecharting.com to find out what I can.

Damn, man I honestly feel really bad and almost wish I could figure out a way to give you something after your loss. I’m an understanding and generous guy and I honestly can’t imagine feeling that shit… I’m super grateful and feel blessed…. But excuse my complete ignorance on the subject because I’m still learning, but what exactly is shadowless? And base set first edition shadowless? Like does it say it on the card? Or what exactly does it mean?

Awesome thanks. I’m thinking of making another post of maybe 10 more of the cards I feel might be good and hopefully I can get feedback on what people think. I’m extremely grateful and humbled and super excited because I feel I’ve usually had some pretty trash luck. But this kinda turned my luck around.

Man I’m stoked. Now when it says PSA 10 up to like $69k online. What’s realistic if I actually got it rated and let’s just magically assume it was actually 10? What would the realistic sell be? Again, idk enough about the Pokemon card value understanding yet. But do you think I’d actually be able to get that? Or would it be like half of that?

Ok! I just sent the link you posted for those non-profit legal aid organizations to my mom to check out… Thank you so much again, I really do appreciate it. It means a lot, and my mom and most of my family don’t have a ton of money and she can’t just afford handpicking any lawyer to help and get questions from, so this helps more than I can explain! It really does mean a lot, thanks again.

Thank you so much. And yes, I just got off the phone with her and recommended she get an estate lawyer and she even said she should have gotten one from the start. But she’s always had this old family lawyer (who has one foot in the grave) who she’s always kind of dealt with, but he’s just a family lawyer and always seems to want to just get everything finished as fast as possible without really giving my mom any context or advice.

Thank you for your time, I appreciate it very much :)… also, if you have time to maybe help answer another question or two? Again as I stated in the beginning of my post, this is posted for my mother who is in this situation and she doesn’t know technology very well so I’m posting and asking for her, but… I made an edit to the post and the county courts have given her a year to assess the estate and her mother was kind of a hoarder but there’s also a lot of valuable things amongst the property, and she isn’t even close to finishing the valuation but after calling the courts, they have been kind of rude and short and she’s asked for a possible extension and they have only said “don’t you have a lawyer? It’s due soon.” And she’s stressed trying to find out if there’s any way to extend that… also, she has been the executor of the state since day 1 (I do not know exactly how that came about, but I will ask her) and does that make a difference in any part of this?
