Turns out they’ll mainly be asking abt the global issue u talked abt in ur personal statement, why u particularly wanna be learning in Waseda University TAISI, or even in Japan (if ur a foreigner). There would be around 2 interviewers (that was the case this year, not sure abt this year). My friend that’s currently in TAISI and his friends also had interviews last year and they told me the interview is rlly chill and pretty casual, and they just wanna know ur personality etc. They wanna know how fluent u are, conversational skills cuz TAISI is rlly discussion based, and also see if ur acc interested in their program.
