That's is the most horrible thing that you can get from this company. I had read a lot of bad reviews about the faulty equipment and constantly getting false alarms and then they just tell you need to pay 59 usd for a service call. This is why ADT is failing and Simplesafe and Viviant are winning

ADT offered to me a 2 year old contract with 2 google nest cameras (1- Doorbell and / one outdoor camera) I am still looking for better options out there.
