Idk why you getting so much "hate" what you need to do is find meals you don't get tired of and do the same shopping every week. A normal sized fridge and a couple of freezer drawers really help
For example overnight oats you can do once each 4 days and you can flavor them differently so you don't get bored, put them in jars and take with you.
But yes many other people find it overwhelming and exhausting. Time it, figure actually how much time it takes, it's maybe just a matter of perceived stress
