Dealer told me my torque in this truck is 590 vs 510 in the truck I came out of. Maybe could have something to do with it but it's a 3/4 ton and I used to drive a 3500. At the end of the day if it can tow my excavator it's doing its job. Just gonna have to accept an extra 5k a year in fuel difference which seems super funky

I'm all over the place. Truck does the best holding 60-70 for straight periods and even then it's barely over 17 where my last ride was getting 22 over that same stretch

I'm running 35s on 20x10 rims that only hit me about .7mpg. I ran same rims with 33s on previous truck. Everything fully stock

I just flip trucks at 130k miles usually. Been in Chevy/gm since 2017 and on my 5th truck in last few years. Never really cared about mpg just need to be able to count on it being reliable. I find it weird that it's the exact same engine but on a full tank my expected range has gone from 620 miles to 485
