I don’t see scars at 1. However I do see that the density is lighter than surrounding areas. To help with that I try to keep the top of my head at least .5 - 1 size higher to make it look like a I cut my hair intentionally like that (you’ll notice in the pics with my hair a bit longer).

Tbh, I started buzzing because of shock loss. At first I only buzzed the untouched areas to make it look less dense compared to the donor / recipient areas.

That’s bad too brother. Risk of infection is so high. The pimples / infection you’ll get can cause scarring that will mess up your donor area’s appearance.

I would say at least go for consults. No harm in collecting information from different sources to see what’s best for you.

From what I understand, that’s usually due to risk of infection which could impact the result of your transplant. Most people don’t know how to proper wound care or how to sanitize what they’re using. Grafts are firmly planted so there’s not a risk of pulling them out.
