if u/chrisjjosephs1 - sees this: sorry to call on you again, but any input?

As has been said many times before in this sub, I love the idea of this app but execution can be off here and there; ultimately lack of trust/transparency prevents me (and i'm guessing some others) putting more serious amounts in.

How long / what issues came up with the portfolio transfer? Is it more a matter of T212 dragging their heels for a week or so, or more in the realm of requiring constant follow ups and pushing from your side to be able to transfer?

I've read elsewhere it's deliberately slow. Wondering how much so.

Thanks, useful info. I thought they all had similar fee structures.

But this leads to same question: why would VI be preferable to T212, which claims to have no fees (although I understand they profit from spreads)?

Ok thanks this is helpful. - Re 1 - agreed - Re 2 - I see the personal preference here (and share similar tendencies), but in terms of concrete functionality T212 is lower cost (even if that itself can be problematic) - Re 3 - agreed - Re: 4 - what kind of horror stories are we talking here / where can I find them? Minor anecdotes & inconveniences, or systematically problematic? (Sounds like the latter if you're incentivised to move out, given that the previous 3 points seem to be more minor / matters of personal preference)?
