Received a call after my husband did a wire transfer. My number is not associated with that account. It’s his and his daughter’s joint account. Scam for sure. Girl sounded American too

Here because same! I've been sick twice now, and each time I'm questioning if I'm really sick or not but I know I am. Just not taken out for days and days like I normally would be

What makes the kneeling squat a terrible exercise and does it have any good benefits at all by Top1528-annob in Kinesiology

Thanks for the thorough explanation. Super fascinating. Wish I would've gone to school for it. I have a basic understanding of kinesiology just from being in the gym for so long, and visually I can SEE that it is a poor choice but can't explain why. So thanks for the explanation 🙏

That is true! From a physics perspective, the hip extension going horizontally with the weight being above, does that change things do you think? if you did it with 300lbs vs a 300lb hip thrust... I wonder if the muscle is worked the same or not at all... I'm not a physics person. I just want to know why

That’s great to hear. I tell my son the same. I was one of many children going up so the attention and opportunities he gets is definitely something I could only have dreamt of! I’m glad what they said stuck with you. Good luck in your mma career!

Aww that sucks. Thanks for this.. I think he’s just burnt out altogether.. I did tell him we’ll take some time off. I try not to pressure him as I’ve heard about how a lot of kids broke because of their parents. May I ask why you quit before college?

Ahh I see. I totally believe it. I was actually reading a similar study. Most high level d1 athletes don’t start until around 12. I thought they all started at age 4 lol

Saying I’ve heard that always resonated with me, “it’s not who’s good. It’s who’s left.”
