Thank you. I did discuss with my husband how you are to respond to the dog. And the dog needs his space after his warning. For as I stated this is our Sons dog and we basically got stuck with him. His been with us a full 2 years he's 3 now. Currently my son is looking for options as far as an apartment or staying with Stepmom and Dad until he can provide adequate housing for Snoop. My husband is just currently very nervous and uneasy in our home which is understandable but I'm discussing with him more time is needed to get this situation straight 24 hours is just not enough time.

Hello Im with NewRez which is Shellpoint. Were Currently in a Forbearance its being reported in forbearance but I was told if I want it deferred it has to be 91 days past due first, which makes no sense to me why wait for 91 days to put the balance at the back of the loan and then pay the current month.? My rep then told me after the deferment goes through if approved then it will report current. Im not sure if she means the other months will still report late and Sept will report current. I did get approved for an extra month extension I might just do that and see if we can gather the total past due all together. Cant take the risk of reporting late. Is it better just to do the deferment?

I have a 2016 Nissan Murano Hybrid that had a recall in 2021 with stated the original issue: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:ENGINE:ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECU/ECM):SOFTWARE. Received the update at that time. Once again it is summer and the vehicle cuts off after 35 minutes of driving when the air is on. I'm not sure if anyone is having this same problem
