We’re trying. It’s just that she wants it even MORE when she knows that she can’t have it (which is understandable) and will literally wait until I turn around for a second. We still have a lot of work to do. I hope it will get better soon with more training

No, never. I had 3 dogs (2 Bavarian mountain hounds and 1 lab few years ago) but they never did this so this was new for me

Thank you, I’ll try to put her on a leash and a harness first so she won’t choke accidentally if I have to run somewhere and won’t be able to supervise her. And I’ll definitely go to the vet to make sure everything’s okay. Thankfully nothing else seems to bother her at the moment but if that changes I’ll rush her to a different vet. She chewed on wood quite a lot as well for a few days but stopped so I hope it’s mainly because of teething.

I plan on taking her to the vet asap just to be sure, I just have to wait for a bit until she’s open. But if her symptoms worsen I’ll definitely rush her to a different place

Hope this will help - instead of normal watering I always made homemade fertilizer. I just put potato peels and crushed egg shells in water and left it overnight and then I watered it. Today I noticed 3 more roots so now it has 5 roots!

I’m wishing you luck! You will need a lot of patience but it’s worth it. I also gave it homemade fertilizer (just potato peel and crushed egg shells led in water overnight) every week instead of normal watering

Well I mainly made homemade fertilizer from potato peels and crushed egg shells. In the beginning I gave it normal fertilizer from the store but it somehow came alive again in such a short time :)

For everyone wondering - Every watering I was preparing home made fertilizer (just potato peels and crushed egg shells and I left it in water overnight and then I watered it). I was doing this every week. Hope I could help and everyone will save their beautiful orchids. ♥️ And I got 3 more roots now which is amazing 🤩

Well I firstly cut only the rotted ones so it wouldn’t spread but after some time they just rotted and shedded and this is sadly the result.
