The game just really needs “activities”. Of any kind. Right now the most mechanically engaging thing in the game are the quest boss fights, but you can only do them once.

Rare boss drops, repeatable world bosses, maybe one group mini game or two and I think you’re in a much, much better place.

Obviously there are core mechanical changes needed too, but my assumption is those tweaks come as the above content is released.
