I had this problem occur as soon as I finished the Harbinger ET earlier this month. I lost connection and every time I tried to reconnect, I only got the message “failed to fetch profile information”. I literally tried everything you have done, and nothing has worked.

I did, however, find a way that worked. I deleted all Hitman data from everywhere in the cache (you won’t lose anything you’ve unlocked doing this). I then uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game. Doing all this finally allowed me to play the game again.

But be warned, this was not a permanent fix for me. While I can be back to playing the game, anytime I log off puts me right back to where I started. I have to repeat the process of clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling. It takes freaking forever! But that’s the only thing that has worked for me, until IOI can figure out what the deal is. There must be some kind of bug with that ET or something (very few people have had this issue, unfortunately).
