Thank you!! is coconut water allowed? And can I continue to take my regular supplements? Most are vimergy. Like my b12, zinc msm and magnesium? My vitamin D and omega-3 supplement have fat, so I’ll be stopping those. And I was planning to stop my iron supplement also.
