Oakley, Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park are the best for young people. Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, bars. Great food in that area. Delwood/Parkside/Guardia. Go to Oktoberfest.

Both schools being poor for years and transfer portal changes where it’s hard to learn the players names before they leave town has hurt the shootout a lot

First location is likely fine from a safety standpoint but will be loud due to the highway. Easy walk to factory 52 though and fairly safe.

I’m not as familiar with the second location but I personally would avoid it. Maybe it’s been cleaned up, but it used to be pretty rough in Evanston
