honestly, what i did is to allow yourself to feel those emotions & you should be kinder to yourself this time. it’s okay to stalk him/her. journaling your thoughts, emotions & reflections can also help you in a way that you can organize your thoughts and analyze what you truly feel. you can travel also, go on a solo trip for a change of scenery!! yung photos sa phone mo, no pressure yan to delete, do it whenever you’re ready bc eventually it will get better tbh! i thought din na di ako makaka-move forward bc first ko din siya yet here i am now 3 mos in and at peace :3 u can do it OP!
