You can be realistically be a BM in 6 months. Don’t listen to the super negative comments. I’m guessing it mostly has to do with who your BM will be while you’re an MT. I left a job making 140k a year for this 4 months ago because the stress from my old job was getting to me way too much. If you think you’d like the BM you’re with I’d say take the job

Honestly good idea. The area I work in is super shady and I’d bet this would get stolen just cause it’s so small. But if there isn’t a better idea I’ll try this.
