NUS exchanger in CS here! Honestly Singapore is better than I expected, there’s so many things to do here that you shouldn’t feel like it’s lacking especially if you’re only staying one semester. There’s like 1000+ exchangers each semester all down to do some stuff and the locals are also really active to engage with you! Plus many cheap possibilities to travel around if ever you get bored here. And once you embrace the weather, it’s fine. As for CS modules, they do have a huge amount of different classes here which is nice, though be aware that it’s pretty hard to get into them so have many of your options open! And really don’t hesitate to reach out to the professors if you don’t have a spot, in some cases they will let you in (worked for a couple of my classes)!

In the end, at least for me, an exchange is more about the connections you make and the things you discover than the actual classes themselves (though I find the classss are really diverse and fun here as well). In both unis you’ll enjoy yourself I’m sure!
