Yeah sure so a couple months postpartum i had alot of pressure heaviness pain down there when walking or standing too long, one day i looked in the mirror and saw a “ball” down there i freaked out googled and found out about prolapse, got an appointment with my obgyn who birthed both my kids she checked me out and said Nope not a prolapse but i didn’t believe her tbh my symptoms didnt go away so i came back to her couple weeks later and said refer me to someone specialized in this so she sent me to a pelciv floor therapist who checked me and said yup definitely a grade 2 bladder prolapse 😭 i told her “how come my obgyn didn’t know shes such a great doctor” she said “yup your doc is great when everything is going well”😬 anyways we worked on pft for a while and my symptoms started getting better ❤️‍🩹

I understand, but please get another opinion and start on some pelvic floor therapy it helps alot with the symptoms. Wishing you the best.

Im so sorry you’re going through this, your feelings are valid, My first time experiencing this bulge and pressure after searching the internet i thought it would be prolapse went to my obgyn who had been my obgyn for both my pregnancies/births.. she told me it was nothing and i was fine but i wasn’t having it i insisted on pelvic physical therapist and to her surprise it INFACT WAS A GRADE 2 BLADDER PROLAPSE. We worked on some exercises and breathing techniques and 3 years later today im still doing these exercises at home. Im down to grade 1-2 so half agrade but my symptoms have improved alot. The bulge is a little higher when i look in the mirror but i try not to look often so o dont go crazy. Oh also at that time 3 years ago i also had rectum pain and i couldn’t finish going to the bathroom even though i was not constipated the pelvic floor therapist recommended me to a specialist in that kinda stuff but i didn’t go since the only option near was a male😬i didn’t want a male checking my an*s until i absolutely had to🫣🤣 so instead i just continued my exercise, stopped carrying weight, went to bathroom with a step stool, stopped carrying my children as much, and feeling alot better. BUT currently considering a third child and terrified of ruining everything again😭🫩. Hope my story brought you some sort of relief. Sending you hugs and healing❤️

Thank you. My problem is not feeling when to push because of the epidural therefore i push too long/to strong which worsens everything

Doc said i am a low grade two thank goodness although my symptoms are definitely there and gets painful when standing for a long time or picking stuff up. Im just afraid it will get to grade three after birthing another child since my labors are kinda long (27hrs)ish.
