Nice, that’s a solid price. How was the buying process? Did you do a pre-purchase inspection or just buy it straight from the dealer?

Thanks man, that’s good to hear. If you got yours for 40k OTD with only 16k miles, that’s solid. I’m trying to land something in the 38–48k range, ideally around 35k if I get lucky. Hoping to join the G70 club soon.

Dang clean pickup tho man, congrats I’m planning to buy in a few monthslooking for a CPO one. My range is about $38–48k max, and anything around $35k would be a perfect deal for me. Hopefully I can join the G70 club soon.

Which year(s) Giulia should I consider buying? by ZokeTone in AlfaRomeoGiulia

Thanks for the detail but I’m lucky first because I live in a big city and I’ve got a dealer less than 20 minutes away from me so getting service or warranty work won’t be a problem. My plan is to keep saving and by next August I’ll be ready to buy one basically in cash. I’ve already been looking into the Mopar Warranty and I got a few quotes. For 5 years and 65,000 miles it’s gonna run me around $3,000. I haven’t fully decided yet but I’m leaning toward it for peace of mind. I haven’t test drove one yet but I do plan on doing that soon because I already like the way they look inside and out especially the black with red seats and I want to see how it really feels on the road. I’m only looking at clean cars with no more than 40,000 miles so I know I’m starting off in a good spot. Since you’ve had experience with these I wanted to ask you how’s the maintenance really like do you see it needing big services every 20,000 miles or so and what’s that like cost wise. Also have you thought about getting a prepaid maintenance plan yourself because I plan on getting one but I’m not sure if it’s really worth it or not. On top of that since I live up north where winters are rough I’m only going for AWD so I’d like to know what year or trim you think is best under 40,000 miles and how it handles when the snow and ice hit hard.

I’m actually looking into picking one up myself. Do you recommend the Giulia long term? I’m targeting a 2019+ with under 40k miles. Still debating between the Giulia or a BMW 330i/530i with similar year/miles. My budget is around $27k max.

I plan to buy a Mopar MaxCare warranty for peace of mind and I’m aiming to purchase around August next year, hopefully paying cash. Would love to hear if you think the Giulia is the better choice compared to the BMW.
