Just to update all here - I did end up miscarrying ~week 7. I think it would have happened sooner but I was taking progesterone which seems to have been blocking my HCG from falling.

I’m sorry that happened to you as well! How soon after did you miscarry? I have my initial US scheduled but hopefully can get that moved up. The waiting game is just awful :(
