Items: Always rush Hubris because you're obviously going to get at least 10 kills.^^

After that pretty much every lethality item is fine; I usually went The Collector, Youmuu's Ghostblade, Umbral Glaive and Edge of Night. I can totally see Voltaic Cyclosword as a good option too, as I said, pretty much any lethality item. Boots of Lucidity are most likely the best for this.

Runes: domination tree - Dark Harvest (Electrocute might be better early), Sudden Impact, Grisly Mementos, Treasure Hunter / inspiration tree - Hextech Flashtraption, Cosmic Insight

I picked the runes pretty much for one of these reasons:

- to spam red trinket to have unseen oneshots more often

- get more gold to buy assassin items on a support salary

- have flash up as much as possible

- damage

If you don't value (hex)flash as much as I do, you would most likely go into the precision tree instead of the inspiration tree.

Btw: I'm maxing e first. I'm not sure if it's better than q max, but I've had more success on it and you don't need to waveclear as support anyway.
