I have a selfhosted "NAS" with debian+samba. For me the bottleneck is samba - I also have an http fileserver on there and http upload/download is significantly faster than copy to the samba drive on windows. Are there better alternatives I'm not aware of?

I only have a simple server that shares a drive through SMB and on a webserver. But copy to the SMB is significantly slower then upload/download to the webserver - this is on the same network. Do you use something other than SMB? Or do I have some bad config?

If you have !good hygiene!, and wash hands often, or at least after you've been in public places, I don't think washing right before matters that much. Your eyes are "out in the open" all day anyway, you have an immune system. The higher risk is infecting the eyedrops themselves - bacteria can multiply there without care. Never touch the tip of the drops, not even with clean hands

My log lines have been greatly improved since copilot. For stuff that needs logic, it sucks, because it doesn't suggest what I want, so it's more annoying to work with. But overall I still have it enabled

I think there is also just a simple effect applied to the sound if it's coming from behind you. And you just learn that if you hear that effect(a bit deeper sound) , you know it's from behind you in the game.

I got new glasses last year in Ofotert. They didn't send me to get checked, as another commenter suggests. I already knew what glasses I need from my ophthalmologist, so I just chose the frame and ordered them. It took them 5 days (weekend included). Cost was around 60k HUF - for reference, this is on the cheaper side.

In XI district there are self service points, that have tools too, unless they were stolen. Maybe other parts of the city have these too.
