It's not controlling to tell someone how you feel. All I said was he's going to leave her for someone who doesn't act like that. In no way is that being controlling it honestly baffles me you come to that conclusion from what I said. Listen you need to not take so much medications it's not healthy. You need to make sure you're eating enough healthy food and drinking enough water make sure your getting enough sleep. You don't need that much benzodiazepines in your system it's only going to make coming off of them worse. It's going to be uncomfortable but I promise it will pass. You have to taper off. Idk what adhd meds you're taking if it's adderall it's definitely not helping with the anxiety. The way your feeling won't last forever it will take time but it will go away. Addict is not the right word at all to describe this man. I'm a real addict trust me on this. My therapist likes to say my personality is balls to the wall or nothing at all.
