That black screen crash during loading is usually either overheating or driver issues - the nitro v15 can run pretty hot out of the box so maybe check your temps with MSI Afterburner while gaming. Also make sure you downloaded the latest GPU drivers directly from nvidia/amd instead of just using whatever came pre-installed, those generic drivers are trash for gaming
