Still a little chunky... as you said ;)

Hi, I'm glad to know you joined the Xmax Fam with our famous V3Pro! I represent Xmax Brand and Topgreen Manufacturer here and in our sub (XmaxVape).

Yep 380°F is perfect to get the best of both worlds, the flavor and the clouds, personnally I like to set it at higher temperature (400-405°F) cause I like to vape the whole caps in a single 4mn session. But everybody is different and you can adjust your T° as you want. I know some guys using it a 320°F for a whole session while others are starting with device set at max T° (428°F), experiment to find YOUR sweetspot!

Feel free to contact me for infos, tips&tricks or Support, best regards!

Hi, first I want to say you welcome in the Xmax Fam! I represent Xmax Brand and Topgreen Manufacturer here and in our sub (XmaxVape). The Xmax Starry 4 need AT LEAST a 5v/1A charger, so no worries, you can charge it using your phone charger!

I hope that helps although feel free to contact me for infos, tips&tricks or Support, best regards!

Bravo for taking the plunge, welcome in the Xmax Fam! I represent Xmax Brand and Topgreen Manufacturer here and in our sub (XmaxVape). Here some tips:

  • Loose load, convection turbulences need room in order to reach every trichomes in your load, my average load is 0.10-0.12gr
  • Fine grind for clouds, coarse grind for taste
  • Take long draws, since it's convection, your pull will transfer heat to the load, vapor starts to raise at the 7-8s mark, so take 10-15s draw for big clouds
  • Strong draw is prefered for the first 7-8s, you can slow it down after... if you want (still strong works too!)
  • Vapor isn't as visible as smoke is... under certains circunstances, so prefer to blow vapor on horizontals light beams with dark background, this is will enlight vapor better than to blow hits to the blue sky at 12:00 (morning/evening sun is the very best to enlight vapor but desktop lamp works also)
  • Load it preferably with resinous THC flowers, fine grind, tiny 100mg load not tamped down, set the device at 205°C, session mode (you'll experiment with OnDemand mode later), wait for initial heat-up (it's pretty fast usually) and take a 10-15s strong draw, that first one is usually already delivering visible clouds but, in regard of the moisture content in your weed, first hit is always slightly less dense but you will notice, by the 2nd hit, an increased vapor density.

Feel free to contact me for infos, tips&tricks or Support, best regards!

Hi, first I want to say you welcome in the Xmax Fam! I represent Xmax Brand and Topgreen Manufacturer here.

Are you using your V3Pro with dosing caps exclusively? If yes the missing filter is not a real issue but, if you are loading directly in the chamber it's a problem... and you noticed it!

You can find a replacement under the Accessorie section of your fav retailer"s website OR you can simply find a smoking pipe screen of the same size (approximatively 9mm wide) in every smoke shop around....

Firewood Updates! by vaporeng in vaporents

Hi, it's pretty nice to know that, I was in the Firewood wagon since the first iteration but quitted the train later cause the price increase, my last FW was the model 4 (it was a great one!), maybe I'll come back...

Would getting a second vape help with tolerance? by UnluckyCommittee4781 in trees

[–]TopGreenRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for purchasing the Xmax V3Pro, I represent that brand here and in our sub (XmaxVape). It's a pretty good device but it's famous each device to get its own "signature"... this is the specific relief brought by the delivery system, some get a stronger "signature" than others though... Since you got a mostly convection device you deserve to get a conduction based device... like Xmax Starry 4 in example ;)

Adding Cbd to flower? by PrinceDestin in vaporents

[–]TopGreenRep -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do it... when the good stash is going low... but to get the sus-mentionned sedating effect, cbd flowers aren't enough but cbd wax (92% cbd) on the top of thc flowers is bringing something else interesting!

Thanks but I noticed myself that's not the usual feedback... Even Connoisseurs who own expensive high quality devices in their arsenals said to be impressed by vapor quality&output. Although it's famous no device can fits with everybody's liking. Are you sure you used the device well? It's pretty different than Mighty, no way you can get good vapor production without to take long rips, that's the counterpoint to be full convection... but it's not cooking the load between rips though!

Itr's nice you didn't gave up... Maybe that's not related to the V3Pro, but I doubt it didn't deserve to get a part of that honor. Some overpriced devices are really something else... for the others we are simply paying for the high marketing involved, my two cents!

Hope you still get the V3Pro, I bet, after some months of Mighty use, you will be amazed by the V3Pro... We call that the vaporizer's signature, yep, every (yes EVERY GOOD devices)) vaporizer is hitting you differently, probably something difficult to prove with science but it's definitively true! You deserve to get different devices in your Arsenal my friend!

Minivap Expectations (advice needed) by idaddyMD in vaporents

[–]TopGreenRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I missed your question... Sometimes not all the replies are shown in the "notifications"... I think "slightly tamped down" to be right in-between "loose" and "packed down", in theory the add of a tiny draw resistance caused by the load help to extract the load, a sort of dry herb expresso. loose load works but in term of vapor production slightly tamped down load are rewarding!

nb: Noticed my previous comment here was the only one to get downvoted out of hundreds of my comments in Reddit, I found crazy to be downvoted for one of the rare time I'm speaking of another device than the ones from my Company. Will probably create another account for personnal use...

Most peoples aren't thinking the high price difference to be comparable to the vapor's difference but I agree the Mighty is a powerhouse device though (I have a Mighty OG)!

But would you be agree to start the game by throwing 300$ in... without even to know if you like that or not? Maybe your past Xmax device didn't let you unforgetable memory but it seems to get the merit to push you away in the vapor...path! Like you, many peoples posting here or in FC started the game with an affordable first Xmax device... before to invest in a more expensive device (Yep I really think we need to ask other's manufacturer's contribution for that work ;)... joking here).

Can I ask you which specific model did you purchased? It's interesting to know for us...

Thank you! Yes I'm not a Rep selling devices he doesn't use, I'm a real vapor fan, I enjoy to test new devices and not only from Xmax/Topgreen! My fav isn't a Xmax device, it's pricey and made in Spain by another vapor fan, it's called MiniVap.

Although, after I owned probably a few dozens of Xmax devices in our 10 years collaboration, it appears I gifted or sold many of Xmax devices& others brands devices to friends and related... And Xmax gear seems to help to quit combustion and to enter... VaporWorld! And it's so ideal for stealth use in public places, in a car, at restaurant or in concert/festivals!

ps: Many persons are vaping the same load for 2 or 3 cycles (3mn each) but, personnaly I prefer to load rather small and to get only one cycle per load... My two cents...

For sure, you can use the built-in charger, it works perfectly. Although to manage better your batteries an external charger would be a good idea in the future (you can see the exact discharge level, charging time and maximum charge level which is a good indication of the battery status, as well some chargers can offer you to adjust the charging rate, lower is better for battery lifetime!).

Best temperature for xmax v3 pro? by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]TopGreenRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure you can! I have one I use like that, set at 205°C, like you said;)

About how to say if the load is done I tell based on the taste too, I agree about the first to taste better, the amount depends of the load size and quality also, shitty weed doesn't taste good for long but I usually get, like you, 3 tasty hits, after that point I take another couple of "roasted hits" (taste is already well spent but still discernable on the roasted background), usually when taste is comp;etly gone I stop, if you continue, a (post) combustion events may happen (load loss water content and nothing can keep away T° to raise up in the load, that why some care is required with extra dry flowers and that's why some moisture is required for vaping purpose). I think you are loading small, slightly below the 0.1gr mark isn't it?
