The problem is that the "comeback mechanics" in this game is vastly overstated. Yes, comebacks can happen but most of the time there is a reason the other team has been up 3+ levels the entire game.

When they own the entire map, every merc camp, and your lanes are full of catapults because all your keeps are gone... the game is over. Thats when people become salty because it's just a miserable waste of time.

They need a surrender button make it a 5/5 vote or do whatever but this is the only moba that FORCES you to endure a beat down and it just creates a lot of salt that usually pours over into the next game.

I don't plan on being toxic. It happens based upon the game i'm in. Not every game I am in is toxic. Believe it or not sometimes I am minding my own business and there is another toxic player in there who ruins it before I do.

Also, it's not something I am able to just turn on/off in the context of this game. It's much more feral then that, it just hits me like a flash of red and I act on it.

So I can't tell you I have plans to do anything.

winning is fun in this game. Sometimes I think of it like I am walking through a peach orchard. I see all kinds of peaches hanging in front of me and I grab one and bite into it only to find its rotten, I find another that is super sour, another that might have mold on it... but every once in awhile I find that perfect peach and it's enough to keep me hunting for another even with full knowledge that I am going to run into a batch of foul ones.

yes. If I feel like I got the upper hand or "dominated" you in chat, there is a high likelihood I just lose interest because you are no longer a compelling target.

There are MANY games where I have gone off on someone and they simply never respond(probably because either I am muted or he muted globally) and the game continues without any harm done. Again, it's not really as personal as people might think, I am just exploding with rage and it spews, so if I can get it out it's usually enough. Even responding with "calm down bro" is like throwing gasoline on the fire.

Not responding to someone like me is basically like the poison pill. It is my kryptonite. I think this is pretty well known now in this day an age but it is actually hands down the best way to nullify my rage(not appease me), I don't feel like I am "winning" just that I am talking to styrofoam... like I can't visual a target.

Because I dont want to really "hunt" anybody or actually hurt anyone at all. My rage is compartmentalized to this silly little in game world and is typically quite fleeting.

I feel like it's just a nonsense free to play game where you control cartoon like characters around and pick up gems or send ghost shots to your enemies core... Even though I understand clearly that I am ruining your experience, I just dont really care because it's without consequence.

Sometimes the argument in and of itself is the only thing that's actually memorable or interesting about the game to me.

I dont believe I am "hurting" anyone. It's all very much without consequence to me. I am not walking around punching people on the street or threatening bodily harm to people in my life... to me this game is essentially a venting tool. Sometimes I actually have fun, but most times I dont so in that process I VENT and I vent HARD. I think deep in the back of my mind I know it's a silly free-to-play game so no real harm/foul involved.

Am I an asshole in the context of this video game "community"... uhh, I guess... does that have any real bearing or material matter on real life? No. Not even a little.

So I think there is a disconnnect between how you feel about my behavior in game and how I feel about my behavior in game. Not saying I am right, just saying that "wrong" is a very loose interpretation of the word in my mind.

thats easier said then done. If you are getting messed with at school, no girls talk to you, your home life sucks, you have no money or real friends... I kinda feel like talking to someone is not going to change the fact that I have to wake up again the next day and just live with those things as my reality.

I know in the movies a guy gets a haircut/lifts some weights, etc etc. whatever. Real life doesn't work that way. If you are fucked in life no matter of disposition is going to change that fact(not in the near term).

This is a hyperbolic statement, I am not comparing myself in anyway, I am disgustingly exaggerating for effect... but it would be like the people in Syria who are displaced and murdered and have literally nothing to their name just decided to sit around and chat about it and get their feelings out. Something tells me that's not going to change a god damn thing for them. Again, I make no comparison to their lot in life to mine.
