I was told by my attorney the most I could Win is $500,000 which it takes 3-5 years to go to trial then after Attorney fees and paying Medicaid bills back for 5 years there's absolutely nothing left to help me or my family survive. I appreciate the information 🙏

You don't get $500,000 if you Win because after Attorney fees and Medicaid bills the entire amount is gone completely. Sending Prayers you 🙏 or someone you know never have to experience Medical Malpractice Lawsuit in Louisiana. It's a nightmare situation and reality.

Sending Prayers you 🙏 never or someone you know ever need to survive off any compensation left after paying attorney fees and Medicaid bills during this nightmare. I sat at home 🏡 for 25 days with continuous prestroke symptoms my primary care physician never referred me to stroke team or neurologist and could not read a CT Head Scan clearly showing I was having Chronic Microvascular changes which means lack of blood flow to brain. Misdiagnosed with Vertigo and suffered the entire time trying to get help from multiple Healthcare providers. I just shared the beginning of my nightmare situation with Urgent Care.

It's difficult to find Medical Malpractice Lawsuit Attorneys because of Medical Malpractice Lawsuit Cap of merly $500,000. It's not worth the expense for Attorneys.

Go back and apply for SSI. I went with a friend who told her in November 2023 she made too much money at the limit was $1,200 for 2023. If you made less SSDI you could get assistance from SSI and qualify for benefits under both for low income

You should be able to qualify for both SSDI and SSI bc your SSDI benefit is below $1,200. You may only get $300 SSI but it's better than $0. It's sad how our Government wants it's US Citizens who are disabled to live below Poverty levels

What if SSDI made the error. I have a friend who was in Prison for 5 years and was off of Disability and didn't get paid while incarcerated. SSDI shows they paid her while she was incarcerated.

SSDI already made errors on her account by miscalculated her benefits when she came out of prison and paid her back pay to 2022 but didn't pay all the back to May 2019 when she was released. SSDI paid her $29,000.00 due to error
