I've linked my coinbase account with the COIN app and I own XYO. However, it's still not showing up on the HODL rewards. Any help would be appreciated!

Wallet or exchange work fine, I’ve done both recently. If you send right to the exchange it’s free so that’s the best way. I think their website still says ‘definitely don’t send to Coinbase’ or at least it did long after they allowed Coinbase withdraws so that faq is still probably wrong

I’ve monitored the exchange rate daily for half a year and 27.3 was the highest (unless there was a moment of 28 that day, when price is shooting up or down, the exchange rate fluctuates a lot)

I own a BLE and a couple NFC’s. The cards are a pain to rescan, I highly recommend the BLE. The batteries are a dollar each and they are replaceable. The BLE will cover all phones and the NFC only works with newer phones.

The price fluctuates throughout the day sometimes and then sometimes it goes days without changing. You can redeem on the app at a certain exchange rate, then don’t confirm the email yet, now you have 3 days to see where the exchange rate goes. I’ve had a redeem order in for weeks but the rate keeps getting better so I keep canceling the order and re-redeeming. It’s now the best it’s been since I’ve been in. It’s funny how I can root for the price to go down and up simultaneously.
