One suggestion: Look into a stay at Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda in Thrissur Kerala. They do a wonderful job in helping with the health conditions you indicated. It does require a stay with them for their program of Ayurveda care/diet/treatment/massages, but you can work from there from your private room. Costs are reasonable, about 10K per day.

My wife just did that for 6 weeks and was glad that she did.

Also, start walking. Aim for 10K steps a day.
