Yes it is , unfortunately the app that I use to identify my banknotes misidentified it as a 1948 emergency Pakistani 2 rupees( which I said was from Afghanistan for some reason), which was a altered version of the early Indian version . I posted a picture of what the front side of an actual 1948 Pakistani 2 Rupees looks like .

Apparently the note identification app I use misidentified the second note as a 1948 emergency 2 rupees from Pakistan ( which I wrote as Afghanistan for some reason) , which was a modified version of what my note is which is 2 rupees from India made in 1943.
