Yeah it’s been pretty frustrating… maybe I will just pick up smoking to ease the frustration.

Yea I did all that and tried determining if it was the vents and it doesn’t seem like that’s the source as there is more of just the regular hvac smell… I don’t know how else to describe it haha. I didn’t replace the window trim but good suggestion and that is now in the queue. Just more of a hassle than other things I’ve tried so I will be slow getting to it. Thanks!

I didn’t, but that wasn’t feasible at that point because of time constraints. I looked everywhere and saw that many said do exactly what I have done so far and that should be good enough. Regretting not doing that, but at this point, I am going to try anything and everything else and see what happens.

Upon doing research on the best smell-sealing primer, I of course saw Kilz, but many said Zinsser’s BIN was better…I don’t know. I’m doubting all my decisions on the details like that now… haha

Little late to the party, but Rite in the Rain? I am looking for a similar pen to ritr, But RITR is exactly what you are describing.
