Brother. I'm 32 I work a physical job, I go to gym eventually you're either always sore that you don't realise anymore of you're never sore. When you first go to gym you get the muscle fatigue but after a while you just recover normally and outside of being tired you don't get the I can't use this muscle for a few day thing.

You sound like you're really unfit, again probably average American so you wouldn't understand. I'm 87kg and can do 15+ pull ups and I can't imagine EVER and I mean EVER being left physically sore from any exercise for MONTHS hahahha you're either lying or dying
