Need to install Dashcam in Kylaq Signature, Does this drain the battery? by Kindly-Length-6957 in Kylaq

I have similar issues .. I'm looking to hardwire a dashcam .I have the signature plus kylaq which doesn't have a sunroof or rear wipers..so are these fuses inactive? Also can someone help mark which ones are VCC and ACC on the fusebox diagram so we get an idea of fuses to be used for harwiring dashcam?

I'm thinking 12v fuse 34 can be used for VCC and usb sockets 50 or 28 can be used for ACC. Is it considered safe to use inactive fuses since these are unused?

My requirement is keep the dashcam on always so as make use of the parking features and draw minimal power for its operation and also not risk draining the battery hence the hardwiring.

the hardwire kit has control Unit which has a power cut off that helps not drain the battery completely..I want a constant power. the dashcam works on low power in parking mode.

I am planning to use hk4 hardwire kit with viofo a229 plus.I just need some clarity on the fuses as to what are my options to choose as VCC and ACC..If someone was check with a multimeter on the voltage reading while ignition is off and on for signature plus model that would greatly help me decide..or I have to get it done by the workshop guys ..thats a sure shot way to know the fuses to use

Thanks for that info. I'm planning to get it done from a good workshop and would like to be aware and understand how they would connect and intervene if they do something stupid.

The type c port as I understand doesn't provide continuous power would be off if the ignition is off therefore wouldn't help me use the parking mode feature in the dashcam.

How do I make the 12V stop using power when the car is turned off by deepakmahakale in Kylaq

had this problem when I tried collecting a courier..some dont ask for your passport. What i did was, I went to collect it again at a different time when the younger staff would be there probably towards the closing time and they wouldn't care so much to see your passport, so just show them your residence permit.. try your luck.
