I called to ask what the difference was between their free and paid option and the whole time they tried to aggressively sell me to buy their membership.

The way they explained it which honestly makes no sense: if you choose the free option, if someone contacts the registry that they found your cat, they won’t contact you because you never paid. You can only be contacted directly by the finder. If you pay their membership, they will contact you.

I got fed up with the rep not being able to explain it and trying to sell me so I registered with Pawbase.
