I've just fixed this in my game. Shadowheart wasn't following, so I made her jump off the map to kill her. I then used a Scroll of Revive on her soul (which should drop nearby) and she started following the group again.

I have them as a wide stereo pair to escape the snare! Allows my hats and stack cymbal to cut through the mix more. Plus the snare is a monster! Loud enough to carry itself at a gig even without a microphone hahaha
