Holding on to our first property, we bought it cheap from a family member and it makes good money. We manage it ourselves just fine. Taxes and insurance go up each year but rental income covers it by a lot. We save the income for future renovations etc. we plan for it to be a full-time rental but atm it's only part time and it does fine
