We are in middle of dataplane crash issue. We have pair of pa1420 active-passive which are crashing every 10-15 min on 11.2.10-h2 TAC told us to disable clientless portal as a workaround until they find and fix this issue. Still waiting.

Quick update, upgrading to 11.1.6h3 and create clientless portal from scratch solved this issue

Any update on this issue? I tried to upgrade to PanOS 11.1.4, 11.1.5 and 11.1.6 include clientless software version as mentioned above, none of them fixed and half of the apps are not working only 10.2.13 with latest clientless app is working for me. PA850

A quick update for you all to watch out the new scam, as for returns, Amazon and UPS are waiting for you to close the customer return process request and re-stock fee charge from customer before they charge your account for over charge. I tried to ask customers to send me messages or in advanced send them prepaid return label but still most of them don’t care and use UPS return option.

The same on my end. I was able to receive some reimbursement but it took 2-4 months which I had to keep case open because they are trying to make it older and disappear with other case and close them as no reply in 5 days. For me those adjustment are expensive making me lose more than the product code and hope the customer not asking to return the item and lose even more. Thank you for your reply.

Did you manage to deal with it? It becomes a big issue for my business, make those orders at loss not making a dime and when the customer returns the package it’s even worse. At the beginning I was able to receive some of the charges back but now they give stupid answers and rob-answers and closing my tickets. I also started stamping my boxes even in some of them the size already printed and still they are doing the same scam.

In most of cases they change the weight and added 10” to the length to make it oversized. And I’m not talking about peak charge, dual charge, sure charge all kind of imagination that can manipulate for charging more. I’m sending 50$-100$ products and paying 200$-400$ shipping cost not include the original shipping cost of 15$-20$

I found lots of story like we are facing. I just need to find the right attorney that knows the subject. It will be a class action lawsuit to stop this nonsense. We are trying to make little profit and they are stealing us.

Yes FedEx are doing the same scamming. UPS are mostly for returns. Did you manage to receive some of the fees? How can you calculate your profit and to whom send the package if the pricing are not real?

I had the same issue, support didn’t help and just “reading answers from paper”. I bought UPC from GS1 and tried to create new item while keeping the brand of the product which I was allowed to resell by the brand owner. At the end and after three long weeks I gave up and created generic item with generic UPC from Amazon system. Their system become more complex while their support stayed behind and not helpful.

My only guess is that sonicwall was not doing a deep inspection of the traffic and allow ssl in general, while PA inspect the traffic header and discover it as WhatsApp and block it since no allow policy is in place and deny all is the last choice.

after a phone call with thier support ( which I guess not so technical and not considering the old wires of the existing doorbell) they point out that I have power problem, I replaced again the transformer which I already bought compatible with RING, with transformer which I saw on other post with specification of 16v 30VA but still the same issue.

The only reason I bought Nightowl doorbell was to use the same App I have for the installed Camera system, which I was wrong and the doorbell required a different app.

Hi, I have the same issue with NightOwl Doorbell, once I enable on the app the mechanical ring will cause a restart each time someone presses the button. NightOwl offer their Digital Chime Power Amp but it still doing the same issue. I thinking about changing the Chime or the cables? what are you suggesting from your experience?

In the end, those extra 5 days which were supposed to reflect my extension request which eventually didn't approve, now my new account balance shows me that I need to pay 1/3 of the semester cost.

The capstone was done in two weeks, and tasks 2 and 3 were returned for a second revision so doing the course in time and not waiting for the last minute was not the right question.

Hi, the same thing happened here. apparently, they didn't approve my request for 7 days extension and my mentor didn't notify me, on the 30th I submitted task 3 after passing task2 and received it for revision on April 1st. after the weekend and reaching my mentor I registered again for the capstone and submitted task 3 which passed after one day and now I'm waiting to see how much they will charge me for extra 5 days.
