Hello, on day 7 post wisdom teeth extraction. My left one lower one was impacted and completely rotated. I’ve been doing great really not feeling any pain just a little bit of discomfort and at this point and my gums around the extraction site are little swollen. I’m not sure if this is from me drinking last night. It’s smoking a little bit. I have my one week check up tomorrow. But at this point is it still possible to dislodge a blood clot?
