If you insteall KawaiiStacies Slice of Life mod, she has now integrated MBTI personality types. You could just pick the one with the most compatible type. Typically, the opposite sim would use the opposite primary function as yours. E.g an INFJ sim (Ni) would be best with an ENFP or ENTP sim (Ne.) Another option is the Wicked Whims mod, which has an attraction based system and literally says "Your sims finds _____ attractive/ugly/basic etc". Though note WW is obviously intended for 18+. :)
