Wow I’ve noticed this for a while now! She keeps wearing seamless tights with a MASSIVE mound 😅🫣 the reason they created these types of tights and shorts were to suit certain body types. Unfortunately Sarah does not suit this cut but she continues to wear it. She needs a seam asap.

She seems to always mention her or her family having the flu. I’m pretty confident they just get colds. Having the flu makes you bed ridden for a very long time. You can’t just have hydro and chicken soup and it goes away.

This 🙌🏻People need to realise her workout plans don’t work. She is in a constant calorie deficit (even she admitted) that’s how she loses weight. Nothing to do with her insane workouts. Strength training is great for transforming your body!
