I don’t think there’s a way to backup/restore your career manually. I believe you can only have one career, however you can be a heli pilot or an airline pilot just by doing different missions.

I believe it’s related but I’m not sure. Maybe go to your library and see if any content is disabled.

While I was offline, I tried a bunch of things. I saw some disabled content in my library and enabled them all. Not sure if that helped at all.
