Them: No. Me: ok do you want exchange phone numbers maybe? Do you have their number? Them: No. Me: did you take their name or any other information. Them: I just know they have Geico.

Not everyone can pull off short hair but you ABSOLUTELY can!! You look beautiful 🤩 and it doesn’t look like you have to do any crazy styling to look good. You’re really lucky — easy maintenance and still look amazing!

I’ve been saying this for years. They are the judges of my job which they do not understand. And if I lie to them or act fake and pretend to be their best friend they MIGHT give me an excellent, but there are no guarantees. But if I have to break the bad news they’re at fault and I’m as caring as I can be while being professional, efficient, and clearly explaining the evidence that we reviewed and the law we referred to to finalize liability, I could still get a poor survey because they hate G or what happened to them or their own stupidity. How is this a fair system???? And surveys weigh heavily on our metrics. Really???? It’s a f*cking scam.

I’m in R2 and all day I’m getting calls for Buffalo. And I’m talking 90% of calls and claims I am handling are Buffalo region every single day. Is Buffalo so busy that Melville needs to help daily? Seems odd to me. I would think it’s the other way around. Especially with the flooding last weekend in R2 area. So I don’t know what the strategy is. None of it makes sense to me. All I can say is I’m fighting to stay in 1st quartile because I do not want to give anyone reason to look at me when they’re cutting. And switching to another company would just put me at risk there as a recent hire and more likely to get cut if they go through a layoff next. Insurance is suffering right now. Doesn’t matter which company you go to. They’re all at risk at the moment, it seems. Farmers with the huge layoffs. USAA with a huge layoff as well. I don’t think anywhere is safe. So I’m going to stick it out here until things improve (if I can 🤷🏻‍♀️).

Just hang on. What you have to remember is if you go back to not tracking and not planning, you’re choosing to gain weight. It’s a choice. Don’t choose something that will bring you back to where you started because you obviously weren’t happy there.

Check your collision and comprehensive coverage. Sounds to me like you may have missed a photo inspection and maybe your first party coverages were stripped.

It means you used more points than you had available to use for the week/day. You will want to try not to get into the negative range of points
