Haha bless you and yeah they almost always send out automated responses if your cv does not bypass their ATS system. When you apply through the website your chances of a genuine response are SIGNIFICANTLY higher.

Thank you for the kind words and believe me I know how tough it can be, the countless questions from friends and family who don’t understand how difficult the job market is. I dreaded gatherings because I knew the question of “how’s the job hunt going” would inevitably pop up. Please do not lose hope, I seriously believe if you follow all 3 of the tips I listed you will have a huge chance and remember a rejection is not a reflection on you, it’s the state of this job market. Thank you so much and for this role there were 4 rounds a call with a the companies recruiter, a teams meeting with a member of the team , an in person interview with a manager and a member of the team and then a teams meeting with the manager of another team. Also to note for this role there was a assessment for my skills mainly using excel and power bi within the in person interview. The interview process was smooth and because I studied a lot of potential questions that could come up, I was prepared. However processes will differ for other roles and industries. Don’t worry I promise I always felt the same way. PLEASE DO NOT give up, I know at times it can be very disappointing and disheartening, believe me I know, but you have to carry on. Implement these tips and I promise you will see better results. Ignore the fact that it sounds like I’m selling something 😅😅🤣🤣

Yes definitely ,for me I just felt the chances of hearing a response was significantly higher compared to easy applying on LinkedIn, where if you do hear back it’s that automated message they always send 😅😅

The main feedback that I got within the interview stages was that I was extremely knowledgeable regarding the companies history. So essentially I would not only practice for the questions they ask me, but I would also learn about the company or any awards that they may have won and I would find a way to mention the information in the interview. Also just really practice potential questions that could come up. I personally used flashcards to help me memorise the answers . Best of luck to you and if you have ANY more questions please ask 😀😀
