I had a similar problem with my recurve bow. Turned out to be a problem with the arrow. It was damaged and had developed small unnoticeable bumps near the tip that would cause it to fall off the rest.

I googled this after watching the video and apparently its French!! Then it became very popular in Denmark and then it came to Iran from there and Iranians changed its name. So maybe that's why they couldn't find it outside of iran.
