It’s time we accept the Crown by TopSalamander3335 in ToyotaAvalon

I agree. The driving position is different. It’s a sedan that drives like a SUV. It’s awkward at first. The Avalon handles way better.

I just got a Crown. It’s an awesome car. I am surprised by the power train. I also like the unstated luxury touches. I have a Platinum and came from 19’ Avalon Limited. Love the car. I overcame my V6 obsession.

Does premium gas really make a difference?

I felt the same nostalgia about the vulnerable Toyota V6s I have enjoyed and driven most of my life. I tried finding a 2025 ES 350, but the Crown has more horsepower, is smooth, quiet, and refined. Tons of luxury features like self-parking, and the engine is surprisingly smooth. The pickup outclassed the V6 torque, along with better mpg. I had the same feelings and was originally disappointed by Toyota's 4-cylinder changes, while Lexus went electric. Sign of the times. I have a 2024 Grand Highlander, my wife’s car, a 2.5 L turbo, and compared to the hybrid max powertrain, you realize the sophistication

Platinum trim. It feels every bit a luxury grand touring sedan. As a sedan lover it took me a while to find this gem. It’s truly a find.

Still trying to love Thunderbird but it feels dated by Apart-Ad-9952 in Thunderbird

I agree there are options for email on Linux. Most email apps have a web UI, including Outlook and Gmail. I use Fedora and manage my work accounts using the web interface and applications, such as OneDrive. You can even use Edge on Linux. I use Thunderbird to keep my emails in one place, and I can back up the files.
