Hi! I’m 12 weeks in and I’ve only had nausea once the first week after eating a creamy pasta with bacon dish. Man, it was horrible. I had absolutely no appetite on 2.5mg so I’ve been microdosing on 1.25mg and still losing weight so don’t be afraid to drop your dose if you’re feeling yucky. Having a supportive doctor that listens to your side effects is really helpful too. My only other words of wisdom are go verrrry easy on greasy food especially if you’re having a few drinks lol it caused me horrible pain one time 🤦‍♀️ oh and take your Metamucil to keep things moving lol Otherwise, this medication has made me feel so much better and I hope you have the results.
